The blessing of newly built Prayer room and Installation of Holy Eucharist at St. Joseph Boy’s Science Secondary School was organized on Thursday 1st of December 2016.  His Excellency Dr. Rogath Kimaryo C.S.S.Sp. the bishop of Catholic Diocese of Same led the prayer service and blessed the new prayer room and Installed the Blessed Sacrament.  School Manager Rev. Fr. Alwyn M.J. D’Souza, School Headmaster Rev. Fr. Victor Machado, Spiritual Director Rev. Fr. Hilary Lobo, Hostel Warden Rev. Fr. Jason Lobo were present for the ceremony.

In the beginning His Excellency Dr. Rogath Kimaryo C.S.S.Sp. celebrated the Holy Eucharist along with concelebrants. School Students & sisters from Marian Convent, Kifaru led the beautiful choir. After the Holy Eucharist all were moved in procession towards the prayer room. After blessing the prayer room bishop started the ceremony of Installation of Holy Eucharist/ Tabernacle. During the Holy Hour he gave blessings to all gathered and placed the Blessed Sacrament in the Tabernacle.

After the blessing & Installation ceremony a small stage program was organised to felicitate the Bishop, during this occasion he released the Students Hand Book/ Diary 2017 also the video CD of School Laboratory Inauguration. All students and teachers of St. Joseph Boy’s Science Secondary School were present for the program. After the program splendid meal was organised for all.
