CHILDREN'S CAMP 2017 held at Kifaru Parish

Place : Immaculate Conception church, Kifaru, Mwanga SAME.

A day long Children's Camp was conducted for the children of Immaculate Conception Church, Kifaru Parish on 17th June, 2017. The camp was inaugurated by lighting the candle by Rev. Fr. Hilary Lobo - Parish Priest, Sr. Anastela, Mr. Simon the catechist of Kivisini substation and a participant of the camp. Around 95 children from Kifaru parish, including the sub-stations Kileo, Kalimani, Kivisini and Jipe had participated in this camp.

In this camp, children were taught about the Liturgy by Catechist Mr. Simon, Introduction to the Bible by Mr. Josephat, the assistant catechist of Kalimani, Prayer in Life by Mr. Mlacha the catechist of Kalimani and good manners by Sr. Justina and Sr. Merwin. Sisters Anastella, Justina and Merwin made the camp lively by the action songs and games. The camp was concluded with the Holy Eucharist offered by Rev. Fr. Hilary Lobo and Rev. Fr. Jason Lobo.
