‘Taize’ prayer at Burka Parish Arusha – by Kifaru Youth

In the month of February 2018 the youth of Kifaru Parish conducted the taize prayer at Burka parish Arusha. The youth from kifaru led by Sr. Grecilda started the journey to Arusha I the morning, after reaching burka parish parish priest Fr. Peter introduced the kifaru youth to the youth of burka parish. Then kifaru youth took the training session on how to conduct Taize prayer for thr youth of Burka parish and also taught the taize chants and hymns.

After the lunch they started the practical session of how to prepar the venue for the TAIZE prayer. Youth from both the parish took part in the practical decoration and preperation session. At 4pm all youth participated in the hour and half long Taize prayer. During the prayer adoration of the Holy cross wes conducted. At the end the youth leaders of burka thanked the youth pf kifaru parish.
