Organic Farming Session for Parishioners

Place: Immaculate Conception of Mary Parish, Kifaru

On 5th of May 2019 Sunday after the Holy Eucharist; Mr. Martin Mhando, Organic farming trainer and instructor Farming Gods’ Way took the session for the parishioners. After the mass Rev. Fr. Alwyn M. J. D’Souza introduced Mr. Martin to the parishioners. Mr. Martin spoke on basic practices of farming and benefits of organic farming. He gave some simple techniques for the kitchen garden and how to retain moisture in the soil for longer time. Mrs. Leonarda Laghua, catechist of Kifaru thanked Mr. Martin for his session.
