On 27th of July 2019 Saturday, Mr. Norbert Lion, by profession an engineer and his daughter Ms. Lorett Lion took the session on preparation for exam and applying for international scholarships for the students of St. Joseph Boy’s Science Secondary School, Kituri. Ms. Lorett is selected for the advance level secondary study scholarship at Singapore. She was topper in her school in the form four national examinations 2018.

School Headmaster Rev. Fr. Victor Machado welcomed the speakers and introduced them to students. Student leaders welcomed them with garlands. During the session Lorett spoke about how she and her class mates were preparing for the exams and how they were helping each other. Mr. Norbert spoke about how he came up in life having poor background and he explained students how to apply for the scholarships. He said there are many scholarships available in National and international level; students need to have excellent scores in the final national examinations. At the end School Manager Rev. Fr. Alwyn M. J. D’Souza addressed the students and motivated the students and thanked the speakers.
