On 28th of January 2020 FAO Tanzania country head Mr. Fred Kafeero along with his beloved wife visited St. Joseph Boys science secondary school. Mission Director & school manager Rev. Fr. Alwyn M. J. D’Souza received the guests and Fr. George & Fr. Joseph welcomed them with garlands. After the refreshments the guests were taken for school visit, during the visit they met the school teaching faculty and while addressing them wished them good and followed by they visited the science laboratory complex, where they saw 4 science labs of SJBSSS.

After the school exposure, mission director explained about the SMA Mission & The socio-economic farm project through the power point presentation. He also explained the dream for the 10 villages, how to enhance their social and economic condition through organic farming and center for excellence. He showed the video of Songhai Farm, Benin; which is model farm for the whole of Africa, at the end he presented the report of the SMA Mission and need analysis of SJS Organic Farm – Center for Excellence to Mr. Kafeero. After the school visit and formal meeting guests continued their journey to SJS farm visit at Kwanyange.
